Kenyans React After Rongai Matatu Florida Crew Assault Machachari Actress' Son

Kenyans were outraged after Citizen TV actress Grace Mburu posted a message to the driver and conductor of a Rongai matatu who allegedly assaulted her son.

Ms Mburu, who features on Machachari Show, dedicated her Instagram post to operators of 'Florida' mini bus (pictured above), who are under the Ongataline SACCO, as she went on to describe the events that led to her son being seriously injured.

Ms Mburu narrated that on Wednesday morning at around 9am, the conductor threw her son out of the moving vehicle causing him to suffer serious injuries from the impact of the fall.

Ms Mburu further explained that the conductor's reaction came after an altercation where her son insisted that he be dropped at his rightful terminus.

She further indicated that she had forgiven the perpetrators of the crime, with the implication that she would not pursue legal redress.

Here is Ms Mburu's post.

Her followers sided with her, condemning the move.

@ramesses_aura stated: "How do you do this to a child? Do they even have a heart and the people who were in the matatu how do you stay in a matatu like that why couldn't they all stop the matatu? It's sad that it happened but worse that the people in the matatu complained but never took action I'd rather cut short my trip and alight that could be my niece or even me .. ok truly sorry."

@nthanze_e.m commented: "So sorry mom, am happy that u forgave her....you are done with your part now....let God do his part."
