National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga has revealed how Former Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba is cheating President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Addressing a rally in Mumias Town on Sunday, The Opposition leader mocked the former legislator for promising the President 100 percent of the votes from the Western region.
"Wewe ulisimama ukashindwa kabisa na sasa unaambia Uhuru utampatia 100 percent, utatoa wapi na hata hukupata hata 30 percent huo uchaguzi mwingine? which loosely translates to you (Ababu vied during the August elections and lost and then you are telling Uhuru you will get him 100 percent of the votes. Where will you get them from if you didn't even manage to get 30 percent?)" Raila stated.
He also hit out at former Funyula MP Paul Otuoma who decamped to Jubilee to campaign for President Uhuru taunting him for his loss to ODM's Sospeter Ojamoong for Busia governorship.
Both NASA and Jubilee have been campaigning in the Western region this weekend, with President Uhuru touring Kakamega county on Saturday.
Uhuru stated that if there will be no elections on October 26, he will still continue to be the President of Kenya.
"If there will be no vote, I will continue until that day when Kenyans will decide who they want to be president.
"Na hiyo si Uhuru anasema, ni katiba. Nusu mkate will never happen (It is not Uhuru saying so but the Constitution. a coalition government will never happen)" he maintained.
Uhuru further asked the Opposition leader if he was looking for a job as the president or as the IEBC boss. He added that the ODM leader has been in the forefront rejecting every commissioner adding that there is no way he will become the president.
He also opened up about his relationship with Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ezra Chiloba.
Mr Kenyatta stated that he did not know Mr Chiloba on a personal basis and has only met him once.
