Cooperative Bank Launches New Banking Website

The Co-operative Bank of Kenya on Tuesday launched a new website where customers can easily and effectively access the bank's services without necessarily going to the physical banking hall.

In the new website, clients can access various services including how to make cashless payments, how to bank anywhere, how to pay bills at no extra costs, insurance packages and the different accounts available.

For cashless payments, users can embrace the alternative channels available by downloading the MCo-op cash app, visiting a Co-op Kwa Jirani or registering for Co-op Internet banking.

For insurance services, clients need to simply log into the site, select the insurance they need, fill in a simple form, email the form and wait for feedback regarding the package.

Some of the insurance products available include; Medical, Motor, General, Life Cover, Agriculture, and Micro-business.

By visiting the site, customers can be able to learn about investment opportunities available through the Co-operative Trust Investment Services (CISL) and Kingdom Securities Limited (KSL).

Some of the investment services provided include; Co-op Trust Wealth Management Services, stock trading and advisory services through Kingdom Securities.

Through the website, users can also learn about the various accounts available including; Children, Chamas and clubs and youth accounts.

The best part of it all is that the site is very simple to access and maneuver through.
