President Uhuru Kenyatta has received a major endorsement from former Kamukunji parliamentarian Norman Nyaga.
Norman declared support for Kenyatta in the upcoming poll, bashing his brother, independent presidential candidate Joe Nyaga.
The former Kamukunji MP further asked his brother to drop his bid for the Presidency calling it a shame that he managed meagre votes during the August 8 elections.

"How can a presidential candidate get only 30 votes from his home constituency that has more than 60,000 voters? It shows his people do not trust him," Norman stated.
The vocal politician advised the presidential candidate to re-strategise before launching a new onslaught for the top seat.
"He (Joe Nyaga) does not have any business to lead the country, he should go back to the drawing board," he advised.
While conveying that he did not vote for his brother, Norman insisted that he was strongly behind President Kenyatta during the repeat poll.
"I am strongly Team Uhuru and I urge all government officials to drum up support for the one who has given them jobs," he urged.
Norman asked the IEBC to go ahead with elections despite the withdrawal by NASA leader Raila Odinga.
"I urge IEBC to proceed with the fresh poll without Raila’s name because he has withdrawn from the race to save the country money and time lost in the prolonged electioneering period," the former MP advised.
