Another tragic road accident as left 24 people admitted at the Bungoma Referral Hospital
The grisly road accident occurred Monday evening at Nabukananachi area along the Chwele – Bungoma road.
According to Citizen Digital, the accident involved a matatu ferrying passengers to Bungoma and a pick up from the opposite direction.
The pick up’s front tire reportedly burst causing the driver to lose control of the car.
The car is said to have hit the matatu head on.
2 people with serious injuries were transferred to Moi Teaching and Referal Hospital.
Police cautioned drivers using the road to be careful as it is a black spot.
