Two people have been shot during National Super Alliance (NASA) anti-IEBC demonstrations in Migori County.
The incident occurred after police officers allegedly shot at protesters when the demonstrations turned chaotic.
One of the protesters was injured on the hand and hospitalised at the Oruba Nursing Home in Migori.
The Opposition supporters had blocked all roads including the main bridge in Migori town, which connects Kenya to Tanzania.

Vehicles transporting poll materials found it difficult to reach the eight constituencies in the county.
Some protesters camped at polling stations daring any courageous presiding officer or clerk who wants to conduct the polls against NASA leader Raila Odinga's advice.
Charles Mutai an IEBC official in Migori described the situation as 'very worrying'.
The opposition has been holding countrywide demos in a bid to push for the removal of IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba and other officials who are accused of bungling the August elections.
On Tuesday Mr Odinga instructed opposition supporters not to demonstrate during the repeat presidential poll.
He, however, asked them to boycott the election claiming that IEBC cannot deliver a credible poll.
