Miguna Exposes His Biggest Mistake During Presidential Election

Former Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Miguna Miguna on Tuesday revealed the mistake he made during the August presidential election.

Speaking during a panel discussion on NTV, Dr Miguna stated that he erred by voting for President Uhuru Kenyatta during the August 8 General Election.

"To tell you the truth, I am afraid to say that I made a big mistake of voting for Uhuru Kenyatta on August. I regret and I will never support him," he stated.

He made the revelation hours after the Jubilee leader was declared the winner of the repeat presidential election.

The former gubernatorial candidate vowed not to support the President-elect accusing him of perpetuating a fraud on Kenyans.

"Uhuru does not respect Kenyans, he does not respect the principles of democracy," he stated adding that the problem with Kenyatta is that he believes that he was born a leader.

He condemned what he claimed is a common myth that individuals from the Kikuyu community own most businesses, arguing that all Kenyans work hard to pay taxes which contributes to the country's economy.

According to the renowned lawyer, what is destroying the country's economy is the alleged looting by Kenyatta's government.

He also noted that following Mr Kenyatta's win, there would be many election petitions filed in the Supreme Court challenging the results.

During the panel interview, he predicted that the Supreme court would nullify the presidential election like the August one.
