Chief Registrar of the Judiciary, Ms Anne Amadi, on Friday stated that she had not received any formal notification on the planned inauguration ceremony of National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga slated for Jamhuri day.
Ms Amadi was responding to a question by a journalist at Pride Inn Hotel on whether she would take part in Mr Odinga's swearing-in.
"The Judiciary has not been notified on the inauguration ceremony planned by the Opposition party," she conveyed.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Opposition leader declared that he would be sworn in as the President on December 12 and head to State House on the same day.
Addressing supporters at Manyanja road, he stated that he will be sworn in by the People's Assembly.
Mr Odinga pointed out that he will be sworn in using the first chapter of the constitution on people's sovereignty.
In an interview with CNN, he divulged that experts and strategic team in the NASA coalition were the masterminds of his inauguration.
He explained that the plan to swear him in was being analyzed by the experts and the strategic team whom he did not mention.
"This matter is being discussed within our coalition and among our experts and the strategic team," Mr Odinga divulged.
Nonetheless, he declined to give more details on the ceremony that will see him take an oath as the President.

"I rather want to leave it to them to come up with a clear roadmap on how we are going to get there," he noted.
He further clarified that his inauguration would be lawful indicating that it will abide by the Constitution.
