Senior Counsel Ahmednasir Abdullahi outlined the three things Jubilee administration got wrong after the inauguration of NASA leader Raila Odinga.
First, he explained that the Jubilee regime had invested so much in the aftermath of the swearing-in of Raila by creating what he termed as useless and priceless propaganda.
Through his social media, he indicated that the Jubilee Government focused so much on the Uhuru Park fete by laughing off at the meaningless subjects discussed after the Uhuru Park fete, for instance, the absence of NASA Co-Principals.
"The Jubilee government has a priceless narrative. Watching from a distance the implosion and disintegration of NASA and laughing at the silly excuses Musyoka/Wetangula/Mudavadi gave on why they boycotted Hon Raila's clownish act of swearing himself as the people's president," he stated.

He also noted that the Government had carelessly raised an international alarm by wrongfully switching off the three main TV stations and willing fully disobeying court orders to switch on the signals.
"No matter how aggrieved and unhappy the Kenyan Government is, it must adhere to court orders and switch on TV signal. As a constitutional democracy that is simply not negotiable," he stated.
In regards to the recent arrests of NASA leaders who were involved in Raila's oath-taking, Ahmednasir noted that: "Jubilee was hogging the universal condemnation of Raila for his reckless acts. By arresting miscreants like Miguna Miguna who in his late 50s has never found meaningful purpose in life.
"Jubilee is clumsy and needlessly turns a historic victory and propaganda coup into a senseless defeat," he added.
He noted that the Uhuru led government should have taken advantage of the Opposition's failures after the swearing-in instead of putting itself in the limelight on how it is violating the constitution.
"Instead of picking the pieces from NASA's implosion, the country/world is debating whether the Jubilee government is a threat to constitutionalism and that is unfortunate," he noted.
