President Uhuru Kenyatta's Senior Director of Innovation, Digital and Diaspora Communication, Dennis Itumbi, on Monday engaged his followers in a question and answer session where he tackled some of their concerns.
Through his Facebook account, Mr Itumbi gave answers to all manner of questions including one where a netizen inquired on how he could get a chance to meet and shake hands with the President.
Itumbi's short recommendation was that the fan should make a formal request with the Head of Public Service, who is also the President's Chief of Staff, Mr Joseph Kinyua.
Here is the short encounter between the two.
Among other questions that Kenyans asked included the action that President Kenyatta, as well as Inspector General Jospeh Boinnet, were ready to take against Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu who is accused of incitement.
Mr Itumbi declined to give his personal view on the matter everytime it was brought up, inviting spokesman for the Ministry of Interior, Mwenda Njoka, to give the government's position on the matter.
Maish Wa Njoroge posed: "Is the law for the poor only? If no why Ngilu is still free?"
Other commentators joined in the conversation citing that Gatundu South Member of Parliament (MP) Moses Kuria is also notorious for derogatory statements that have constantly pitted one community against another.
The heated debate did not prompt Mr Itumbi to make a comment as he directed the commentators to the Ministry led by Dr Fred Matiang'i.
Here are more questions that Mr Itumbi answered.
