Deputy President William Ruto on Thursday failed to meet former President Daniel Moi after visiting his Kabarak home.
Ruto, who was in the company of Energy Cabinet Secretary Charles Keter, William Kamuren Chirchir Chepkut (Ainabkoi) and Lawyer Stephen Kipkenda was warmly received at Moi's residence.
However, the guests were informed that they could not meet the former Head of State as he was having an appointment with his doctors.

Kenyans across social media have been posing various questions but most interestingly, they have expressed their puzzlement with DP Ruto's urgency in meeting Moi which is uncommon for a man best known for strategic moves.
