Two people have been confirmed dead and several injured in an accident involving a school bus & a pick-up at Mukinduri on the Kerugoya-Baricho road in Kirinyaga County.
Details of the accident are still scanty.

This comes just a week after a bus belonging to Turbo Girls High School overturned injuring 50 people, 48 being students on the Sugoi-Kosichei road.
On Monday night, six people were killed and nine others seriously injured in an accident along the Meru-Mikinduri road.
The collision involved a pick-up and a Probox at Giaki junction.
According to reports, the Toyota Hilux pick-up, which was heading towards Meru, attempted to overtake a lorry but collided head-on with the Probox that was coming from the opposite direction.
The Probox had 13 passengers and six of them, including the driver, died.
