Raila Odinga Attends Makau Mutua's Villa Opening in Kitui

Opposition leader Raila Odinga was on Tuesday photographed holding a whiskey bottle during the opening of Kitui Villa owned by Kenyan-American Professor of law Makau Mutua.

The opposition leader inspected the bar and took a liking to Singleton whiskey which he chose from the shelf.

"Huyu jamaa anapenda kanywaji sana (Raila looks like he enjoys a good drink Look at Raos body language!" one user noted.

Another stated; "Baba ameshikilia ka 12 year old. (He's holding it like a child)."

During the event, Raila appealed to Kenyans in the diaspora to invest in the counties to boost development from the grassroots.

Also present were Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu, Wavinya Ndeti and Ida Odinga who came to support Makau Mutua's business venture which converted his home to a hotel.

The leaders will head for a rally at Kitui Bus park later in the day where Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula is expected to attend.
