Citizen TV senior political anchor Anne Kiguta made her debut on the Hot Drive on Hot 96 with co-host Patrick Igunza on Monday.
The hyped showed lived up and exceeded the expectations of her loyal fans who have dubbed her the 'Queen of Politics.'
In her first show airing from 3 - 5 PM, Kiguta interviewed former Anti-corruption chief PLO Lumumba who brought on his linguistic prowess to the discussion.
When asked about what he thought about leaders in Kenya he responded; "There are no leaders in this country, only dealers."

Many agreed with the decorated scholar's assessment of the Kenyan political scene.
"Damn! PLO Lumumba doesn't sugarcoat anything, yeye ndio dawa tunafaa kupewa especially before the elections. It's true we don't have leaders but dealers in Kenya, sad true story . Will this be a daily show? I'm already getting goosebumps n it's the 1st day," one user noted.
Lumumba's parting shot, in particular, caught the fancy of listeners; "Only politicians think about politics. Statesmen think about the next generation."
One user wrote; "Guys, I hope the shows will always be this deep. Keep the spirit."
"I could listen to this man the whole year and still can't get enough... Kenya's most eloquent man!" another asserted.
Many expressed their satisfaction with the show looking forward to more content in the coming days.

In the revamped Citizen TV look, Kiguta will host the Monday special at 9 PM.
