Two people were killed and several others injured after a Kenya Bus Service (KBS) bus rammed into eight other vehicles on Tuesday evening.
Witness accounts revealed that the accident occurred after the KBS bus driver reportedly lost control and hit a pedestrian then rammed into the other vehicles.
A Loreto Convent Valley Road school bus was also hit by the bus during the accident which happened along Haile Selassie Avenue.
A statement issued by St. John Ambulance Kenya stated that eighteen casualties were rushed to Nairobi Hospital while one other patient was taken to Kenyatta National Hospital.
