All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy and this phrase rings true in any demanding profession.
On Thursday, Citizen TV journalists Yvonne Okwara and Francis Gachuri took time for some harmless fun while in the studio.
Posting a video on her Instagram, Okwara affirmed, "We work, but we play too!"
The duo was playing a nursery singing game where they coordinated like professionals.
Yvonne sang the By So song which some sing as By Short which is inaudible in the video as her counterpart readied himself to match her hand movements.
It is not clear whether they embarked on the game before or after the filming of their panel show News Gang.
The song, which is nostalgic to many as it reminds them of their childhood, actually has many variations to its original version.
The first line which many sing as By so I love you baby is actually supposed to be I swore I love you baby.
As you go into the second line, the original lyrics of 'You gave that to the sun' have been distorted to 'The baby to the sun'
'The son to the owner' which actually is 'The Sun threw me yonder.'
