Photos have since emerged detailing the plush party held at an undisclosed residence in Nairobi.
The party was an invite-only affair with most members of the first family gracing the feast.

Zarika's daughter - Sophia, was also present as the Kenyattas honored the title-winning boxer.
Ms Zarika,34, recently retained her world super bantamweight title when she defeated Zambia Catherine Phiri by a unanimous point decision at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) on March 24, 2019.
“It wasn't easy but I did my best. I did it for my fans and Kenyans," an ecstatic Zarika revealed during her post-match interview.
Her latest win stretched her astounding record to 31 wins, 12 losses, and two draws.
According to The Star, the party was solely organized by Uhuru's family as a way to appreciate the boxer's exemplary achievements.
