An officer at Nyayo House has caught the attention of Kenyans online for his exemplary service at the Immigration department.
The officer referred to as 'Moha' has been a darling to many who have gone to the Ministry to seek government services.
On Friday, Comedian Teacher Wanjiku posted a photo with the officer appreciating his service and helping her out.
"I met Moha at the immigration at Nyayo house [sic] he was so nice to Everyone. Moha continue doing great customer service, you make Nyayo house feel a little less stressful," she noted.
Another user, Muchiri Wa Maina stated, "Anyone who has ever visited Nyayo house knows this askari "Moha". Moha will guide and lead each and every person who approaches him for help.
"If there is one guy who should be rewarded and promoted, it should be this askari. God bless you Moha," the user conveyed.
"Do say hi to Moha ukirudi huko. Helped me a lot whenever I visited Immigration plus he's always kind to everyone and works round the clock. I consider him one of the best public servants at Immigration," a netizen stated.
"I met him last year. A charming guy and very kind. Thanks Mohamed for the service," another Kenyan added.
Many were of the opinion that other government officers should emulate his conduct to improve service delivery in various institutions.
