Watch MP's Romantic Dance with Fiancé in Traditional Dowry Ceremony

Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro revealed his romantic side on Saturday during his dowry ceremony.

In a video posted by Kameme FM presenter Muthee Kiengei, the MP is seen receiving his wife on a red-carpeted aisle decorated with handcrafted winnowers on top of well-placed bales of hay on both sides.

The two walked towards each other and embraced in a slow romantic dance as a live band played.

The band sang Eric Wainanina's hit song Ritwa Riaku and corrupted it include the name of Nyoro's fiancé, Sophie

The ceremony was private and there had been no news of it until the material day, despite the fact that the legislator is very popular.

Nyoro is a staunch supporter of Deputy President William Ruto and accompanies him to many functions.

The MP has however been absent at Ruto's recent public appearances, possibly planning other aspects of his life.

On the same day, Citizen TV news anchor Sam Gituku wedded the love of his life Ivy Waitherero, who works as a news director at the station.

Gituku has been a journalist at Citizen TV since November 2014.

His specialty is news coverage, research, and production. Political, Human Interest, and Crime with over 7 years of experience.
