Khalwale Dares Raila to Share Audio of Conmen's Call to Sheikh

In a tweet that has gone viral, former Kakamega Senator, Boni Khalwale has dared former Prime Minister Raila Odinga to share the audio which he claimed to have heard while in Dubai, with the duped businessmen who were swindled close to Ksh400 million in a fake gold scam.

The outspoken former legislator stated that the only way CS Matiang'i could be exonerated from the scandal is by the opposition leader agreeing to share that audio to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations.

"So far so good. Could you also share the audio which you listened to and which helped you to positively exonerate Dr Matiangi?" the Twitter post read.

This dare comes a week after Khalwale reneged his allegiance from FORD-Kenya, a party affiliated to NASA coalition whose chief principal is Raila, to Jubilee Party.

Khalwale has been on all media platforms the past two weeks after his controversial switch and his newly found friendship with DP Ruto has been the subject of discussion on many Kenyans' mouths.

Odinga broke his silence over the scandal that has rocked the nation for the past three weeks, after touring three nations in his capacity as the African Special Envoy on Infrastructure Development.

Raila disclosed his pivotal role while in Kisii County during the burial of Dr David Ombati where he explained that he busted the cons through a meeting with the scam victim.

“I was the whistle-blower in the fake gold syndicate when I discovered some people were using senior government officials’ names to con businessmen,” Odinga revealed.
