Billionaire Buzeki Launches Scathing Attack on Uhuru & Ruto

Outspoken billionaire cum politician Zedekiah Bundotich alias Buzeki launched a scathing attack on President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto, claiming that the country's two top leaders were using the division within Jubilee to shadow the fact that they had failed to deliver on their mandate.

The Standard reported that Buzeki, while meeting over 2,000 Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) party delegates at his home in Rift Valley on Friday, warned that the Jubilee Party had failed to deliver on its pledges and was already disintegrating ahead of 2022 elections.

"We elected President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto because they talked about improving health, roads and water supply, not Tangatanga and Kieleweke.

"Elected leaders are now aligning themselves in the two factions as a scapegoat for their failure to deliver on their mandate,” Buzeki declared.

The former Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant warned that the opposing factions within Jubilee could trigger animosity among communities and urged people to join CCM, a party that championed for unity among all Kenyans.

We want to warn those attempting to incite communities along tribal and clan lines in Uasin Gishu that we are saying no to disunity. They should focus on selling their agenda,” Buzeki threatened.

He further rallied President Uhuru and DP Ruto to end the squabbles that have rocked their party, before it goes down the drain.

Delegates in the meeting stated that CCM would be the political party used by Rift Valley region after United Republican Party formed by DP Ruto was collapsed to form the Jubilee Party in the run-up to the 2017 General Election.

Buzeki contested for the Jubilee Party ticket for the Uasin Gishu gubernatorial seat but was defeated by incumbent Governor Jackson Mandago.

Bundotich who recently joined CCM met supporters comprising of former civic leaders, retired chiefs, elders and politicians who contested for elective seats in CCM in a day-long meeting that has set tongues wagging in the Deputy President's home-turf.
