MP Excites Kenyans After Washing Boda Bodas [VIDEO]

A video of Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa washing cars and boda bodas has excited Kenyans.

The legislator visited Chwele Market on Friday and gifted the residents with a car wash machine.

Barasa washed a few vehicles and motorbikes before he addressed the crowd that had gathered.

He urged them to use the machine to generate an income and better their lives.

"The economy of Bungoma will become better with the small business that you are doing, be it selling vegetables, tomatoes, maize and the car wash that we've opened here today," Barasa asserted.

Notably, this was not the first time that Barasa has become the talk of the town after doing something unthinkable.

On June 14, 2019, the legislator wore torn shorts as he presided over the launch of Daraja Mbili Primary School that was built by the area Constituency Development Fund (CDF).

He was allegedly dressed in this attire to depict the life of school going children in the villages.

"My message of hope to the enthusiastic learners: 'The fact that today you go to school on an empty stomach and barefoot should not kill your dream of becoming the president one day," the MP stated.
