More reports by the publication disclosed that the police Constable Reuben Rono hurriedly drove off after the road carnage leaving Mwangi for dead.
The late Mwangi succumbed to head and chest injuries that he sustained after he was hit by the speeding Administration Police vehicle.
He later died as he received treatment at the King Fahad County Hospital, Daily Nation reports.
