On Saturday, October 19, Naivasha MP Jane Kihara's daughter Waceera Kihara and the love of her life Kiragu Mwangi walked down the aisle in a colourful wedding.
The private ceremony took place at an undisclosed location.
The bride stunned the attendees in a white off-shoulder flowing gown, with the groom looking dapper in a three-piece suit.
In photos shared online, Deputy President William Ruto, who had been accompanied by a host of politicians, was seen enjoying himself as he engaged in laughter and dance.
Some of the leaders present included Kandara MP Alice Wahome, Nyeri Woman Representative, Rahab Mukami, Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, Gilgil MP Martha Wangari among others.
Some of the leaders went to the wedding looking dapper, dressed in their Inua mama theme colour maroon.
In July, Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu's daughter, Monica Njeri Ndungu, tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Herman Nyotu Gitau, at a lavish event held at PCEA Evergreen Church in Runda.
They then proceeded to Windsor Golf and Country Club for their reception.
Leaders spotted at the invite-only event included; President Uhuru Kenyatta's mother, Mama Ngina, Deputy President William Ruto, Uhuru's brother Muhoho Kenyatta, Transport Principal Secretary Esther Koimet, Murang'a Woman Representative Sabina Chege, and Nyandarua Governor Francis Kimemia.
