Linet Muraya alias Size 8 Reborn has landed a new television show months after quitting Maisha Magic East's Pambio Live.
Announcing the latest addition to their team, on Wednesday, April 29, Rembo TV announced that the award-winning gospel artist would be the network's MinjiMinji show host.
"MiniMjinji is coming up in a few days and we are excited about our new host Size 8 Reborn. You better be ready for an interactive, energetic and educative show every Tuesday at 7:20 p.m," Rembo TV stated.
The Mateke hit singer will be back on air on May 5, 2020, months after leaving the scene.
"Join me on Rembo TV, what an amazing journey for me to walk with you amazing moms here on MinjiMinji reminding you that moms are girls too," Size 8 remarked.
The TV show targets women in society from the premise that day-to-day activities of making ends meet make women forget to take care of themselves.
In a promo video shared by the media house, Size 8 Reborn narrates that she as a mother has to sacrifice a lot for her family. She appreciated mothers struggling to cater for their children, however, urged them to also consider taking care of themselves.
"I love my children beyond all reason I don't even think I've ever loved anybody the way I love my children and I know you can relate. As moms, our greatest wish is that our children always know how much we love them and that they walk through the rest of their lives knowing we will always be there for them any way we can.
"If it means enduring that tough pregnancy, fighting for our dear lives just to ensure children are safe, eating well, walking slowly to avoid injuries during pregnancy. Drinking all the porridge for us to have enough milk...oh my. Even that weight we shall deal with it later. Anything for the love of our lives," Size 8 stated.
