"We are orphans, my mother and sister died within the last one year," he stated.

While demanding justice for his slain brother, Wycliffe stated that he had struggled to raise his late brother following the death of their father.

“The family needs prayers," he pleaded.

Notable individuals who attended the burial included; politician and businessman Steve Mbogo, Zaheer Jhanda, Don Bosco, Charles Nyagoto and several other ward representatives from Kisii.

They all acknowledged that Kelvin was hardworking and called on relevant authorities to ensure that justice was served.

"The family has the right to know who killed their son," Nyagoto stated.

Autospsy done by Government Chief Pathologist Johansen Oduor revealed that the 28-year-old was shot at close-range.

He disclosed that the deceased suffered severe injuries in his heart and lungs and must have died instantly after he was shot.

Additionally, he explained that it was hard to tell whether the tragedy was accidental or premeditated murder.

"He was shot once on the left chest area. The bullet tore through the heart then there was a collapse of the left lung and a lot of bleeding on the left side of the chest.

"It is hard to answer (whether the incident was accidental) because that is based on the circumstance. When I look at the bullet, it was a close shot and entered his body at an elevated angle," he stated.

Following the incident, police have arrested two suspects -Robert Bodo Ouko and Chris Obure.

The two have been detained for 14 days to allow for investigations.
