The former KTN news anchor added that potential buyers can choose to renovate or bring it down and put up some nice apartments.

The house is 300 meters from Magadi road opposite Kware Matt with water and electricity connected. It is also situated in what she described as a serene environment.

Kyallo stated that the Ksh14.5M price slapped on the bungalow is slightly negotiable with the compound having some ample space.

The renowned news anchor has ventured into business after opening her high-end salon and spa, Flair by Betty back in 2018.

This came after a reported fallout with businesswoman and proprietor Susan Kaittany who she partnered with to open Posh Palace.

Kyallo was fired by K24 back in May after a restructuring plan by MediaMax that spared only two people, in an unprecedented cost-cutting measure.

Mercy Kyallo, the CEO of Yallo Leather and sister to Kyallo back in August gave Kenyans a glimpse into her home in a YouTube show on her channel.

Her furnished bungalow adopts an all-white theme and architecture that resembles homes that hosted Europeans during the colonial rule.
