6 Police Officers Injured After Their Vehicle Hit an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Garissa

Six police officers were on Monday airlifted to Nairobi after a vehicle they were travelling in hit an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in Garissa County.

According to reports, the vehicle that the six officers were travelling in, hit the IED along the Liboi-Dadaab road in Garissa.

Sources revealed that three out of the six officers were seriously wounded in the incident and required specialised treatment.
