Via the Kenya Gazette dated October 1, Ms Nkaissery will lead a team of eight other members.

The Ushanga Kenya Steering Committee will be a governing body charged with the responsibility of propelling a project that empowers pastoral women and girls associated with beadwork (Ushanga) through leveraging their work for socio-economic gain.
