Meru County Senator Mithika Linturi now claims that presidential candidates William Ruto and Raila Odinga have spies in One Kenya Alliance party (OKA).

Speaking during a TV interview on November 29, the outspoken senator stated that it was only a matter of time before the alliance collapsed and revealed their hidden agenda adding that its co-principals are spies for other political camps.

“I can tell you, without a doubt, that some of the OKA principals are spies. There are two spies within that group who report to different places, but in a matter of time, we will know. They will not be together, that I can tell you,” he stated.

The senator further hit back at OKA principals Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetangula, Kalonzo Musyoka, and Gideon Moi stating that they did not have numbers to win an election.

“Let us be serious, politics is about numbers. What numbers is OKA bringing, without casting doubt on the leadership and its credibility?” he remarked.

However, the senator refused to give further details concerning the allegations ,stating that Kenyans will witness everything in a matter of time.

“We want to wish them well, let them continue. Just let what I say come into fruition probably after some few weeks.”

Recently, OKA co-principal Musalia Mudavadi was forced to explain the situation between him and his fellow chiefs after he had not been seen in public for long.

On November 14, the presidential hopeful had come out to explain to the public his disappearance during OKA presidential rallies.

He explained that he was aware that his fellow principles were on the campaign trail but his medical condition could not allow him to join them.

Additionally, he announced that OKA would name its presidential candidate early next year.
