A renowned US judge surprised a Kenyan man who praised and offered to gift him three goats in a comment on social media.

Frank Caprio, who is currently serving as the chief municipal judge in Providence Rhode Island, was touched when Chelten Tuguno sent him a heartfelt message and decided to reach out to him.

In his message, Tuguno wrote, "You Frank Caprio is a God sent judge. I love you. I wish I could meet you before you get old. I have 3 goats I need to give you as appreciation from me in Kenya."

After reading the message, Caprio resulted to contacting Tuguno with an aim of knowing whether his message was genuine.

During the conversation, Tuguno reiterated his admiration for the judge and stated that he had tried to reach out to him on a number of occasions to no success.

"You have the compassion and a heart of humanity," Tuguno expressed.

The judge was impressed and honoured by the genuine admiration and the offered gifts. He, however, suggested the goats be donated to local families who could not afford meals.

"I have had many experiences in life but I have never been offered a goat. It is of great significance because my forebears were goat herders.

"I accept your offer on one condition; That you will take these goats and give them to three different local families that are in need of food. It is in giving that we also receive," the judge stated to which Tuguno accepted.

Three days later, Tuguno went to a church nearby and donated the three goats.

Caprio is an American jurist and politician. His judicial work is televised on the television program called Caught in Providence.

His YouTube channel has over 2.04 million subscribers from across the world and more than 400 million views since he joined on October 2, 2015.
