Mara Bush Houses, an exclusive villa located in the Mara North Conservancy, has been ranked among the best private villas in Africa by South African publication Businessinsider.co.za

The facility emerged among the most preferred for guests seeking to book a facility either for private use or large families who want to stay in travelling groups. 

Mara Bush Houses was recognised for taking a personalised holiday to the next level, offering a staff at a guest's beck and call.

Further, a personal butler who takes care of one's needs while at the villa and an in-house chef who prepares meals to a tee.

"Your meals are prepared in-house, using produce from the local area and Nairobi. We’ll fit around your plans. If you wish to take breakfast or lunch out on your game drive, we’ll pack it up for you. All dietary requirements are catered for," part of the villa's profile reads. 

The villa, which consists of three-roomed, fully-staffed houses, offers the guests the freedom to create a personal itinerary suited to their interests. 

"Guests can opt for slow mornings and leisurely breakfasts, or a full day of game drives through the wildlife-rich surroundings. Each house includes an open-plan dining room and lounge and comes with a manager, chef, and private guide."

A spot check by Kenyans.co.ke on the villa's website indicates that a guest will have to part with Ksh318,315 for a night and Ksh636,630 for two people. 

The site also advocates for guests to visit between April and June as it is the quietest months of the year and hence families enjoy a serene environment at low-season rates. 

Other features that guests are treated to include nature walks, night drives, cultural excursions, and exquisite views whereby guests can capture photos either from beanbags or 360-degree swivel seats.
