Truth Behind Kenyan Touting in Swahili in Saudi Arabia [VIDEO]

A Kenyan living in Saudi Arabia went viral after he was captured touting in Swahili at a bus stop in the Middle East country.

The Kenyan who was replicating the Kenyan matatu culture in the gulf nation, amazed online users. 

In the video, the Kenyan was filmed urging passengers to board the minibus while with notes of money stashed between his fingers as is common among Kenyan touts.

However, a spot-check by Kenyans.co.ke, revealed that the man is not a tout.

Through, a reverse check of the video shared widely on social media platforms, it was revealed that the Kenyan is a tik toker and a content creator

It was also established that the tik toker with the user name chopa danda works at a shopping store in Riyadh and often does home deliveries.

Further, another search on the tik toker showed that he made the video with his colleagues as they were leaving work.

The video of the Chopa danda emerged on social media on October 26, with many Kenyans sharing their thoughts on his decision to take the local matatu culture toSaudi Arabia.

"Tao mbao. Tupendane hapo nyuma. Tao mbao, Tao mbao (Loosely translated to - Ksh20 to town. Qqueeze and create more space for other ar the back," he stated.

In particular, online users were moved by the passengers who interacted with him indicating that they were understanding what he was saying.

"He is shouting with so much confidence. Someone may think that he is in Afya Center. Good job brother," Mary Ongaya stated.

"I thought it is only Kenya where we have this madness. This made my day," Pauline Andeka stated.
