Whether you're cruising around the world or visiting an African Safari camp for the inaugural time, the most elegant way to kick-start the experience would be through a private flight on a chartered jet.
According to Victor, a business aviation firm based in London, United Kingdom, a trip aboard a long-range business jet to Nairobi would set back a tourist around Ksh23 million ($190,000).
The trip involves a cruise around Jahazi Suite, located in the Olare Motorogi Conservancy in the Mara Plains Camp.
Hailed as the apex of the luxury safari experience, the splendor bungalow offers tourists access to over 100,000 acres of an exclusive private reserve.
The Suite consists of four staff members, a library, an art collection, private dining and a nighttime game drive through the bush.
During peak seasons, a stay at the suite costs Ksh1.3 million per person a night. This, according to Victor, is a more affordable option for the Mara Expedition Camp.
"It is on raised, recycled railway sleeper decking and offers guests incredible views of the steady stream of wildlife parading past whilst discreetly tucked away under the tree canopy," read part of the profile from the official site.
Jahazi Suite offers an indoor dining area leading out to a private outdoor verandah. It also consists of two large bedrooms with en-suite facilities with a flush loo, double basins, indoor showers and exotic baths.
Other features in the suite include a well-crafted tented design in the bedrooms to maintain a resounding climate for relaxation. A short walkway leads off the main area to a private swimming pool.
In addition, luxury tour operator Abercrombie and Kent is offering a 24-day journey around Japan, the Philippines, Malaysia, India, Madagascar, Rwanda and Kenya. The trip, which is limited to 48 tourists, will cost Ksh19 million per person.
It comprises exclusive first-class seats on a chartered Boeing 757 as guests get to watch Bengal tigers as well as endangered mountain gorillas.
