Police in Gacharage, Kiambu County arrested five suspects on Tuesday, May 23, following the mysterious death of a lady who fell to her death in a high-rise apartment in the area.
Reports indicate that the woman had visited her friends who lived on the seventh floor in an apartment in Gacharage.
Photos seen by Kenyans.co.ke show the young lady sprawled on the floor after falling down face first.
She is seen wearing a black t-shirt on top with no clothes from the waist down.
It is still not yet clear the events that led to her fall. Also, the identities of her friends who were in the apartment together with her have not yet been revealed.
The tragic event happened on the night of Sunday, May 21. Her body was taken to a nearby mortuary as investigations continue.
Her family asked the police to expeditiously investigate the matter and ensure that those behind it are brought to book.

On February 22, 23-year-old Jeff Mwathi died reportedly after falling from the twelfth floor of Redwood Apartments in Kasarani, Nairobi County.
He was buried on March 3 before his body was exhumed by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to conduct a fresh autopsy on March 31.
Musician Lawrence Njuguna, also known as DJ Fatxo, who was a prime suspect in the murder was cleared by the court.
Elsewhere, On March 23, Joseph Kubende passed away after falling from a building in Roysambu Constituency, Nairobi.
Prior to his death, he was known for his mastery in music which he used for political mobilization. He was mourned by many leaders from Western Kenya who were puzzled by the circumstances in which he died.
"To my consternation, I am learning of the death, under very unclear circumstances, of the great Joseph Kubende, a talented Luhya poet, author, and politician. We are holding his family in our prayers," stated Boni Khalwale, the Senator of Kakamega County.
