“7years ago I got into radio, my first love and started an incredible journey of laughter, lessons, growth and networking,” read her statement.

She however stated that it was time for her to make her exit citing that all good things come to an end.

“But just like any other good thing, it has come to an end. My purpose at  Gukena FM Kenya is fulfilled and vice versa,” noted the presenter.

The presenter, however, did not disclose her next move after her exit from the show.

In addition to being a radio presenter,  she is also a seasoned comedian and MC across various platforms.

Her skits which she performs in her vernacular language are popular among the Kikuyu community and eventually earned her an award as the Comedian of the Year in the Afriglow Women’s Awards in 2023.

In August 2023, she hosted a successful comedy live show at the Kenya National Theatre, in which she sold out all the tickets.

The theme of the show was centred around an African mother which she adopts in all her skits.
