A Burundian national was on New Year attacked and killed in Nairobi by unknown people who stabbed him severally.
The unconscious body of Jean de Dieu Kabura was found by pedestrians lying along Kinyanjui road, before being rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Dagoretti DCI boss Joseph Ondoro confirmed the incident saying they had launched investigations to know the attackers and their motive, the Standard reports.

Meanwhile, a hotel manager in Nairobi was on Saturday night shot dead by three gunmen riding on a bodaboda.
According to a report by the Star, the deceased only known as Robert was in the company of other friends and a lady who got shot in the stomach.
CID boss in Embakasi Peter Kimulwa said they had launched a probe into the incident.
It's reported that the thugs escaped on a motorbike. without stealing anything from the victims.
