Former Kiss 100 radio host Caroline Mutoko has bashed CORD leader Raila Odinga in her recent article titled: 'Uhuru - Give Heaven Something To Work With'.
In the opinion piece published on the Star, Mutoko discredited Odinga's leadership and blatantly penned down her thoughts on the former Prime Minister.
The outspoken media personality described Odinga as an "unfocused individual, obsessed with politics, dazzled by his own voice and words".
The article which largely focused on President Uhuru Kenyatta, also attacked the Opposition leader stating that Odinga did not have answers for the desperate times that Kenya going through, and that he did not care either.
“We can’t be seen to ask Raila to get his act together because to do so would bring the tribal trolls and political misfits with their narrow thinking, out of their holes to simply spew nonsense and tribal hate. But we are all frightened and angry that even our opposition is clueless,” the article read in part.
Mutoko's article sparked an online storm with Kenyans on social media weighing in on the contentious piece. Some lashed out at her for the barefaced comments while others supported her view on the issue.
Controversial blogger Robert Alai also jumped in to attack Mutoko after the article was published, citing that she was devoid of facts, figures and evidence.
The newly appointed Director in the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication Board, was unapologetic for the gutsy article and went ahead to tell President Kenyatta to take charge of his Government by getting rid of individuals who were dragging him down.
