Mutahi Ngunyi Reveals How a 60-day Presidency by Opposition Chief Raila Odinga Would be Like

Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has revealed how a 60-day presidency by Opposition chief Raila Odinga would be like if he was to be selected the National Super Alliance flag bearer and eventually win the August 8 elections.

In his opinion piece titled, The NASA Lies. Jubilee Chaos. What Next? The controversial political analyst explains what Raila would do in his first 60-days as president and why many people fear a Raila presidency.

"If Raila is president in September what will the country look like? why are some people so scared of a Raila presidency and if Uhuru is re-elected what will the country look it as well," Ngunyi poses.

In the hypothesis, Prof. Ngunyi indicated that Raila's promise to Musalia Mudavadi to be Chief Prime Minister is just a lie and that the Opposition Chief will "eat up" the National Super Alliance Pentagon like he did the original pentagon in 2007.

"Like the MOU he signed in 2013 with Kalonzo Musyoka, Mr Mudavadi deal for the prime minister is a lie and as history has taught us he won't keep his promise" he emphasised.

According to the analyst, Raila recruited Isacc Ruto to the NASA team after feeling that his co-principals in NASA had ganged up against him and would shortchange him.

"This week a Rift valley politician with zero votes was recruited to join NASA and the question is why?

"In our view, Raila discovered that his Co-principals were working against him hence he brought up the idea of expanding the NASA co-principals to five in order to dilute their influence because the more the NASA co-principals the stronger Raila becomes and the weaker Kalonzo and Mudavadi becomes," he stated.
