A Member of County Assembly in Kwale is on the spot for allegedly neglecting his child and family since 2015.
Tsimba Golini MCA, Mr Swalehe Simba, was summoned by the Children's court where his ex-wife, Mariam Mwarachuma, presented the matter accusing him of neglecting his family.
Ms Mwarachuma told the court that the MCA was not providing for the family and demanded for a monthly pay of Sh80,000 as compensation for his negligence.
According to a report by the Star, the MCA's ex-partner filed the application in court on April 1, stating that, “unless the application is heard on priority basis and orders issued, the applicant shall suffer irreparably”.
Ms Mwarachuma indicated that she had conceived one child with the leader in 2014.
