Opposition Chief Raila Odinga has been announced the National Super Alliance (NASA) flag bearer with Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka as his running mate.
Addressing a cheerful crowd at Uhuru Park, Amani National Congress (ANC) leader, Musalia Mudavadi stated that all the five NASA co-principals were equal partners in the coalition.
He went ahead to reveal the line up indicating that the coalition would create positions for all principals.
If NASA ascends to power, Mr Mudavadi will be the Premier Cabinet Secretary in charge of the state department of internal security and administration of the national government.
Ford Kenya leader and Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula, will be the Deputy Premier in charge of the public sector.
Mashinani party leader and Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto will be the Deputy Premier in charge of the Devolution Sector.
Raila and Kalonzo are now set to face President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto in the August 8 polls.
In 2013, President Kenyatta won the election after garnering 6,173,433 votes compared to Odinga's 5,340,546 votes.
