Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has stated that National Super Alliance (NASA) flag bear Raila Odinga is not 'Joshua' indicating that he was a selfish leader and he was not going to led the Country to the land of milk and honey, Cannan.
In his weekly address, The fifth estate, Mr Ngunyi explained why the former Prime Minister was not Joshua stating that Joshua had a mentor in Moses while Raila did not have a mentor adding that if Raila had allowed former President Mwai Kibaki to Mentor him in 2002, he would not have been the president today.
He further stated that unlike Joshua who waited for Moses to retire before ascending to power, Raila was too impatient and wanted the presidency now and wanted if for himself not for the country.
The controversial political analyst stated that Joshua was a man full of positivity and that is why he collapsed the wall of Jericho using a trumpet, but the opposition chief was full of negative energy.
In his hypothesis, Mr Ngunyi stated that when Moses sent twelve spies to Canaan, ten of the spies said the country was doomed but Joshua said that the country was victorious.
Ngunyi compared Raila to the negative ten spies noting that Raila believes that the country was doomed. He pointed out that for Raila, Cannan is not about the country but for his selfish gain.
