South Africa Suspends Parliament

  • Members of parliament in South Africa will have to return to their constituencies from next week.

This follows the suspension of South Africa's parliament, to allow the legislators return to their constituencies to spread the anti-xenophobic message.

The move is the latest in a series of government initiatives aimed at abating the week long anti-migrant attacks.
