30 Journalists Who Became The News Themselves (Part 1)

Citizen TV News anchor Jacque Maribe, in recent days, has found herself the story in the ongoing murder investigations of slain businesswoman Monica Kimani’s murder.

The anchor was thrown into the limelight after her fiancé was arrested over the murder of Monica.

Joseph Irungu aka Jowi was arrested on Tuesday with police reports indicating that he was nursing a gunshot wound after shooting himself.

However, Irungu claimed that he was shot on September 21 as he dropped Maribe home.

Efforts by the police to trace Maribe were futile as she was not at both her residence and work place and did not respond to calls.

The media personality resurfaced on Thursday where she recorded a statement and had her fingerprints taken as part of the ongoing investigations.
