Anne Kiguta and David Ndii Pull Surprise After Shambolic Citizen TV Interview

K24 TV presenter Anne Kiguta will host David Ndii on her show, Punchline on Sunday, October 27, after their previous encounter seemingly spiralled out of control.

Their previous meeting was held on July 3, 2017, on Monday Special, where the topic of discussion was the unveiling of NASA's manifesto in the run-up to the disputed 2017 elections.

Towards the end of the interview, Ndii and Kiguta could not agree on matters to do with land rights in the constitution, a matter that prompted Ndii to question Kiguta's acquaintance with the document.

Ms Kiguta then snapped and told him that he was being curt belittled her by questioning her knowledge about matters law.

The Sunday interview comes just days after a poll by K24 TV posted on Wednesday, October 23, where netizens were asked to share question they would ask President Uhuru Kenyatta if granted a meeting with him.

"As a young person grappling with joblessness, if you're given 10 minutes with the president, what would you ask of him?" the media house asked on social media.

The question sparked reactions from many respondents, who unanimously agreed that the job market needs urgent reforms to give chances to the youth.

"I wouldn't ask him but tell him what he needs to do to keep his desired legacy alive," Joshua Ng'anga had responded.

"I would request him to give me good capital to start my own business since its there are no jobs for young energetic Kenyans," Bonney had pleaded his case.

K24 Digital reported on Thursday, October 24, that by the second half of 2019, over 10 Kenyan companies had retrenched over 6,800 workers.
