KTN Swahili news anchor, Fridah Mwaka, got married in a colourful wedding on Saturday, November 30, 2019.
The beautiful news anchor tied the knot with the love of her life Samuel Nguma Ndhuli, in an event that took place at Mnarani Club, Kilifi County.
The media personality stunned the attendees in a white flowing gown, with the groom looking dapper in a pink silk attire.
On the other hand, her bridesmaids rocked pink flowing dresses as the men wore black and white striped collarless shirts with matching trousers.
Ms Mwaka and her groom, an architect by profession, were childhood friends who have known each other for 17 years.
Some of the media celebrities who graced the ceremony include; music producer Patrick Mbaru alias Saint P, KTN News Head of Swahili Paul Nabiswa, news anchors Brenda Radido, Lofty Matambo, Dankan Khaemba, Jeff Kirui and Mary Kilobi.
Ms Mwaka joined the station in March 2018, after, Mashirima Kapombe switched to Citizen TV, going on to make her mark following her impressive performance at The Presenter show.
The Daystar alumnus also worked as a radio presenter at Kubamba Radio, where she worked alongside her close friend and music producer, Saint P.
She is an only child, with her family based in the coastal town of Kilifi.
The news anchor also doubles up as a gospel singer, having released a worship song, Msaada Wangu, back in 2015.
