Nandi Hills Member of Parliament, Alfred Keter, was among the hundreds of graduands who graduated from the University of Nairobi on Friday, December 17.

The vocal Legislator shared the good news through his social media pages with a revelation that he had graduated with a Masters degree.

Keter, who is serving his second term as an MP, has kept a low profile since getting re-elected in the 2017 polls.

''I am humbled to have been among the MBA graduating class of 2021. Glory and honor be to the Almighty God,'' read his message.

The outspoken lawmaker now has a Masters and Bachelors degree in political science from the same institution.

Yussuf Ibrahim

Former K24 TV news anchor, Yussuf Ibrahim, graduated from the University of Nairobi with a Masters in International Studies.

In 2020, Ibrahim partnered with former Citizen TV news anchor Hussein Mohammed in a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded project, Resilience Learning Activity (RLA), individually as consultants.

Since leaving TV in 2017, Yussuf worked for different partners both as an individual consultant and through his firm UCRD.

Julius Yego



World Javelin Champion, Julius Yego, received another accolade to his career after graduating from Kenyatta University.

The Olympic silver medalist graduated with a Bachelors degree in Public Policy and Administration.
