NRG Radio presenter ShaqtheYungin, formally known as Shaquille O'Neill Oduk, quit the station after serving for six years.
The presenter shared a farewell message on Tuesday explaining that he had already bid goodbye to his coworkers at the station.
"After 6 years working at NRG Radio, I hereby announce my resignation from the company. I am grateful for the opportunity given to me by the management. I bid farewell to my colleagues, management, and most importantly to the fans who have tuned in every day for the last 6 years while I was on air. As I look forward to the next step in my career, I hope and pray for new opportunities that will come my way and ask for your support," he stated.
"Thank You again to all the listeners and clients who have trusted and believed in me over the years."
He further confirmed that he was preparing for a new opportunity but remained mum on what his next chapter entailed.
"Don’t guess where I’m going, I’m the only one that knows! see you in a bit, we outside," he added.
ShaqtheYungin departed the station roughly two months after two major presenters Mwalimu Rachel and DJ Xclusive bid the Westlands-based station goodbye.
The duo quit in March after serving for at the station for six years. They two hosted a similar show.
Mwalimu Rachel left NRG and landed a new role with the Radio Africa Group where she was joined by DJ Xclusive.
The radio brands at Radio Africa Group include include include; Kiss 100, Classic 105 and Radio Jambo.
"Indeed I have resigned from NRG radio. It has been an incredible journey of six years and I'm grateful for the time there," Mwalimu Rachel announced at the time.
"I am eagerly anticipating the next chapter in my career, I look forward to announcing my new place of work and embarking on this exciting journey," she announced.
