State House has invited bids from firms to supply 10 different forms of goods and services which will apply for the next two Financial Years (2024-2026).
In a tender notice published in national dailies on July 30, State House invited eligible firms to submit bids to supply freshly cut flowers and flower arrangements, which was one of the 10 entries listed in the tender documents.
State House is also looking to acquire supplies from traders dealing in vehicle parts and accessories.
The vehicle parts listed include; tyres, tubes and batteries. State House also announced that it was looking to procure oil and lubricant supplies.
Additionally, State House also noted that it was looking for interested bidders to supply newspapers, periodicals and journals. The top office in the land is also looking to procure flags and pinnet stands
State House is also looking to buy seeds, farm inputs and implements as well.
As far as services go, State House is looking to enlist cleaning and motor vehicle towing services.
The tender will remain open to interested bidders until Thursday, August 14, 2024, at 11 am when the window will be closed.
"A complete set of the Tender documents may be downloaded by the eligible bidders from the State House website www.president.go.ke, or supplier.treasury.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.
"Bidders who download the tender documents must forward their companies' particulars to supplychain@president.go.ke for recording and further addendum/clarifications if any," read the notice in part.
State House instructed interested firms to complete tender documents in both original and copy.
"Enclose in a plain sealed envelope, marked with the tender number should be deposited at the Tender Box located at Gate D and Addressed to the Comptroller of State House P. O. Box 40530-00100 Nairobi," State House added.
