The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has announced that certificates for the 2025 graduates will be available for collection by mid-December.
In a notice on Monday, November 12, the Institution's Chief Executive Officer, Kelly Oluoch, said that graduates can pick their certificates from Monday, December 8 to Wednesday, December 17 at the KMTC headquarters in Nairobi.
"The certificates will be available for collection from the KMTC Headquarters, Nairobi, from Monday, December 8 to Wednesday, 17, 2025 (9am-4pm) on weekdays only, upon clearance with the college," The notice read.
According to the college, the 2025 graduation ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 4, at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.
KMTC has a total of 96 campuses and satellite campuses across the country. These campuses, which are located in 45 counties, hold over 60,000 students who are pursuing different medical-related courses.
This year, the college expects to release over 20,000 students into the job market after the 94th graduation ceremony.
The college has encouraged students who are expected to graduate to ensure that they verify all the necessary details as well as complete the payment of their graduation fees, before Friday, November 14.
"KMTC is pleased to inform graduating students and stakeholders that the 94th Graduation Ceremony will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The venue is the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani, Nairobi, starting at 08.00 am. The theme for this year's graduation is: Promoting Health and Saving Lives," the notice from the college said.
"Graduating students are required to pay a non-refundable graduation fee of Ksh4,000 through the Jiunge platform. A guide to accessing this platform is available on the College website," it added.
Additionally, graduating students have been encouraged to ensure that they clear their college fee, obtain a clearance form from their campus, as we as have a receipt for payment of the graduation fee and their national ID form to be given the graduating gown.
"Graduands planning to participate in the ceremony must adorn the graduation gown. The gowns will be available for collection from the KMTC Headquarters, Nairobi, from Monday, November 17 to Friday, 28, 2025, between 9.00am and 4:00pm, on weekdays only," the notice read.
"The graduation gowns should be returned to the College before 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Late return will attract a penalty of Ksh100 per day," it added.
